Modern 2BDR Near Airport and Train Station

The location is EXCELLENT! Close drive to the airport! Easy walking distance to Mascot Train Station with direct travel into Townhall/Airport and lots of cafe's, restaurants and even a Woolworths and pharmacy nearby. FREE undercover secure parking was a PLUS! Very secure apartment building, clean common areas, beautiful shared court-yard, and has elevators. The apartment itself is aboslutely lovely! Has everything you need. Open-plan design, spacious with a lovely private balcony. The couch turns into a sofa-bed. The bathroom has a laundry with both dryer and washing machine. The kitchen has a large fridge, coffee machine - everything you need. The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable. 11am check out!

KEY Collection/Drop-off: The keys are collected from a different location to the apartment - we struggled to find parking here. We also decided to check-out earlier than planned to start our 6-hour drive home. Unfortunately, the location was still closed and didn't open until 10am. Called the number and spoke to someone, but never got a call back. So we had to delay our departure by 3hrs until we could return the keys. Maybe a Key Safe/Lock Box could be used instead - would make it more convenient for guests especially if we decide to leave earlier than planned. Just a few areas of improvement, nothing major: The floors of the wardrobes were very dusty and dirty. The washing machine had a lot of black mould around the rubber seal area of the door. There is a large "tree-lamp" on the bed-side - I was worried my daughter's face/eyes would end up in the 'branches' that are sticking out - would recommend removing. Perhaps leave some extra warm blankets during winter. Otherwise, I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Great property

You have to walk 600m between where you collect the keys and the property. Unless you have a car I would stay else where which has a more convenient checking . This complicated process was not revealed until you were committed as it’s non refundable
