Please note that the apartment keys are stored at a Keynest location inside a nearby grocery store, approximately 650 metres from the apartment. Guests must collect the keys before proceeding to the property and must return all keys and access fobs to the same location after checkout.



Failure to return the keys and fobs after checkout will result in a $300 fee. Lost keys, lost access fobs, or lockout call-outs requiring assistance will also incur a $300 charge.
