Seafront Residences Loutra Elenis

The room was spacious, clean upon arriving and had the basic amenities necessary. It is indeed close to a beach (1 minute walk), which is quieter than the main beach (10 minutes walk) and adjacent to the beautiful natural springs. I was able to reach the owner by phone whenever necessary. With the exception of some noisy neighbors, the room was quiet and you could have a good night's sleep.

As many have already stated, there is neither Wi-Fi, nor even mobile data coverage inside the room. As a result, I had to go out to have some signal. Another point was that there was no cleaning service during my stay, even though the room was clean when I arrived. I know that because the floor was obviously not vacuumed, the trash was not taken out and there was no toiler paper supply. Also, there was some component failures (doorknob coming off, bathroom hooks coming off), for which the owner was informed immediately. A minor detail is that it would be helpful is there were labels on the bath products, so the visitor knows which bottle to use as shampoo and shower gel.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο μοντέρνα διακόσμηση καθαρό και πολύ ευχάριστο στη διαμονή

Το πρόβλημα που έχει η περιοχή είναι ότι δεν υποστηρίζεται από καμμία τηλεφωνική εταιρεία με ίντερνετ Για το λόγο αυτό δεν υπάρχει αυτή η παροχή στο κατάλυμα

The property was spacious for my wife and I. The entire apartment was in like new condition, when I used it Aug. 17-20 2026. A short 2 minutes work to a very nice clean beach.

The apartment needs more than just dishes and utensils, it needs more kitchen appliances, cleaning apparatus (broom, mop and bucket) etc. Parking was a little difficult and tight for a bigger sized vehicle. Also, the beachfront as stated and pictured in the booking listing is not accurate.
