The apartment is located right in front of the sea. A very big and spacious apartment and a beautiful view from the balcony. All you need is there for a comfortable stay. Good kitchen and a big shower.
Ac on every room, comfortable beds, and sparkly cleaned sheets and towels. They even changed them after 3 days.
Private beach is equipped with a table, chairs, and even 2 sunbeds. Just take your sea shoes because there are some sea urchins in there. Umbrella is needed.
Your own free parking spot is guaranteed right under the back balcony.
The hosts are very kind, especially the mother. Plenty of restaurants ( don't miss "Αλκυονίδες Ταβέρνα Κούκιος" 4min walk, very big portions and good prices) coffe and supermarket on walking distance. Cheap prices compare to the rest of the areas of greece. You can visit Loutraki 20min by car for a nice and pleasant evening.

Lack of sunshade in the balcony. It faces east and having coffee or breakfast in the morning is a bit difficult without some shade. We had our umbrellas, so we solved the problem.

Όλα εξαιρετικά, το σπίτι τέλειο (αν εξαιρέσουμε την έλλειψη τέντας στη βεράντα), η θάλασσα μπροστά, με γρασίδι και φοίνικες. Το μόνο μείον είναι ότι η ακρογιαλιά έχει παντού μεγάλες πέτρες και αν δεν έχεις παπούτσια Θαλάσσης είναι σχεδόν αδύνατο να μη χτυπήσεις!
Θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε μια μικρή εξέδρα με μια σκαλίτσα για να είναι η πρόσβαση πιο εύκολη! Η θα μπορούσε να καθαριστεί από τις πέτρες, μια μικρή λωρίδα μπροστά από τα διαμερίσματα.
Αυτό που ανέφερα παραπάνω, το οποίο αμαυρώνει τα υπόλοιπα που είναι τέλεια

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist großartig. Wir waren zu zweit. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Sehr komfortabel ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Da wir schon mittags vor Ort waren, erkundigten wir uns, ob wir gegebenenfalls vor 16:00 Uhr anreisen könnten. Dieses wurde uns freundlicherweise möglich gemacht.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war zunächst sehr freundlich. Uns wurde auf Nachfrage ein zweites Bettlaken gebracht.
Die Sonnenaufgang sind toll.
Leider hat die Reinigung vermutlich unter dem Aspekt des vorzeitigen Bezuges ein wenig gelitten.
Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht sauber, der alte Kaffeefilter der Vormieter war noch in der Kaffeemaschine. Unter diesen Umständen wären wir lieber 1-2 Stunden später angereist.
Insgesamt ist die Kücheneinrichtung sehr veraltet.
Mit den Matratzen sind wir nicht zufrieden gewesen.
Wir spürten am Po die Spiralen, obwohl es sich um neue Matratzen handeln soll. Wir haben daher sehr schlecht geschlafen und den Aufenthalt nicht ausreichend genießen können.
Bei uns wurde keine Bettwäsche gewechselt, obwohl dies nach den ausgelegten Informationen nach 4 Nächten erfolgen soll. Das W-LAN funktionierte nicht. Da wir jedoch genug Datenvolumen haben, war dies für uns nicht weiter tragisch.
Vor unserem Abreisetag erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter. Es gab angeblich Probleme mit der Booking.com App. Wir haben daher bei Abreise den Schlüssel auf dem Tresen liegen lassen.
