La casa è ubicata in una bella posizione, tranquilla, con possibilità di parcheggio adiacente all’abitazione. È arredata in ottime condizioni e funzionale. Buonissima cosa avere aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Biancheria come hotel. Teli da doccia grandissimi! Spiaggia di Follonica vicinissima, come supermercati e negozi. A 7 km. bellissime spiagge anche libere, con acqua limpidissima: Carbonifera, Torre mozza. Ottima posizione x escursioni.

La posizione è molto interessante, poco distante da tutto ed è tutto raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimo tempo!
Potrebbe essere utile avere qualche utensile in più per la cucina (pentole basse) e putroppo la doccia per chi ha una certa “stazza” è piccolina..
