The house is located in a very convenient area a stone's throw from the sea and the pinewood of the west, railway station and bus to five minutes; in the supermarket area, pharmacy, confectionery as well as shops of all kinds. Free parking in the area. The center can be reached on foot. Free and equipped beach.

L appartamento in buona posizione, è situato a circa 100 metri dal mare ed ha vicino tutti i servizi utili ad una famiglia anche con bambini.
Per quanto riguarda l interno, l appartamento è spazioso in tutte le camere.
Purtroppo per avere le 4 stelle(non 5 solo perché ci vorrebbe anche l ascensore) ci sarebbero da sistemare alcune cose:
1) cambiare la lavatrice. Quella in appartamento è molto vecchia e non più utile visto che per portare a termine un lavaggio bisogna prima impostare il lavaggio e una volta terminato il ciclo, bisogna impostare lo scarico e centrifuga perché non lo fa in automatico... Con conseguente perdita di TEMPO e un bucato non pulito bene.
2) Sistemare lo sportello del detersivo della lavastoviglie perché rotto. Non si può mettere il detersivo già ad inizio ciclo altrimenti viene espulso prima che possa fare il suo lavoro.
3) trovare una soluzione per non fare uscire il cattivo odore proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno e che si disperde per l appartamento.
4) trovare una soluzione per evitare che nell appartamento si possa usare un solo elettrodomestico alla volta, fatto che comporta un vero disagio in estate quando non si può accendere l aria condizionata prima di aver finito con la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie.
5) Sistemare chiavi e chiavistello della porta blindata.
