Pulito, ordinato, tutto nuovo e non mancava nulla. Posizione ottima. Possibilità di sostare con l'auto per carico/scarico all'interno dell'ingresso del condominio.
Frigo e condizionatori un po' rumorosi per chi dormiva nel divano letto situato nell'open space.

Very easy communication with Elisabetta, always available and responding promptly to any request. Check in is very easy, with direct handover at the property. Easy checkout process too, simply leaving the keys inside the house.
The house is brand new and has all you need, including air conditioning split between bedroom and living room, making it very convenient.
The location is perfect, 3 min walk from the station, 5 min from the castle and just above a 24x7 Carrefour.
Payment is done via secure link provided by Elisabetta, very easy and no risk with that!
Needs a larger drying rack, especially in the Summer season for beach stuff. All good other than that!
