Alloggio pulito, fresco - nonostante non sia dotato di aria condizionata - con un buon equipaggiamento di stoviglie, pentole ed elettrodomestici per cucinare. La casa è situata in posizione strategica per poter visitare le belle spiagge circostanti.
La raccolta differenziata è piuttosto lacunosa in quanto il deposito della spazzatura prima di lasciare la struttura, attraverso il "fai da te" presso l'isola ecologica de La Caletta, non funziona mediante il codice a barre inviato via whatsapp. Consiglio, per poter ovviare al disguido, di dotare l'appartamento di un cartellino con QR code oppure prevedere lo smaltimento a carico degli affittuari.
