Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The location was also very good and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, close to a mart, a massage place and some nice cafes around the corner - highly recommend Kasava for beautiful food and service.
Staff and Agus were lovely and helped carry bags up the stairs.
Was clean and comfortable. 4 mins bike to the beach
The deluxe room I stayed in was right next to the road and a touch noisy at times, but wasn’t too much of an issue for me.
Limited space around pool for tanning but was never too busy when I was there.

location and level 2 room, was put on level 3 but rooms are not the same as what i booked online
kitchen, fridge, i was given wrong room then changed after trying to get refund as masssive constuction happening next door, and tried to leave after a week and agreed i would leave sunday no reception on and didnt reply for about 5 days to only get 50% back after i tried to leave 1 hr after check in but ended up staying a week when moved to lvl 2
