Το κατάλυμα είναι καινούργιο με άνετους χώρους, καλό στρώμα, καλό μαξιλάρι, ωραία μπάνια, καθαρά σεντόνια και μαλάκες πετσέτες.
Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν σκουπισμένο και δεν ήταν καθαρό, είχε μακαρόνι πάτωμα και ψίχουλα στα ντουλάπια και πάνω στον πάγκο της κουζίνας. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είχε ψιλή σκόνη, η οποία λέρωνε τα παπούτσια, χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποιο πατάκι και αναπόφευκτα μετέφερες όλη την βρωμια μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης δεν ενδείκνυται για μεγάλα οχήματα, κάτι που δεν σημειώνεται στην αρχική περιγραφή.
