Little house in the city

For the purpose of our stay in Athens the perfect place to stay

Comfortable, well equipped and close to groceries, hospital, metro, restaurants and bars

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, οπου γύρω υπάρχει ο, τι ακριβώς χρειάζεται μία οικογένεια πχ super market φαρμακειο κτλ. Θα πρότεινα το συγκεκριμένο χώρο, και σε άλλους καθώς η τιμή ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτα που προσφέρει.

Δεν μπορώ να αναφέρω κατι που δεν μου άρεσε, ίσως σαν σχόλιο βελτιωσης περισσότερο ότι ενώ εχει μηχανή espresso δεν υπήρχαν κάψουλες.

Useful position for anyone who needs to be close to the hospital. The kitchen was quite well equipped. There is Netflix available. The bedroom is pretty. It was very clean

Lots of touches from the owner everywhere (photo in the hall, 'Home' signs, ornate decorations, comments book etc) but it is not set up to be a comfortable, accommodating rented space. The bed and the sofa bed were so disappointing and uncomfortable. All four of us slept poorly and woke up uncomfortable. There was no proper duvet with a cover on the main bed if you used the duvet in the cupboard for the sofa bed. (Nb that duvet also needs a cover.) There were some blankets in the cupboard, which were clean, but basic. The shower curtain and the bath mat were also old and stained. The flat is so full of huge furniture and artificial flowers displays that there is very little space to just be comfortable. Small tables with decorations which are in the way and not usable, a massive heavy table which takes up so much room that you can't eat comfortably at it or have room to move in the flat. Some nice pieces of furniture but they would be better suited to a large high ceilinged room, with lots of light and windows - not a tiny flat. A huge issue was the lack of hot water - the immersion heater is on a 20 minute timer and it switches off, but after 20 mins, the water was warm at best . For a family of 4 here, you need to switch on the button numerous times.
