New, clean, comfortable beds, nice location near a shop, quiet area. Nice balcony and the view. AC in both rooms. Good communication with the host. Pool also very nice and clean.
There is no kettle and pot, on the stovetop only frying pan can be used, if you want to cook. Please note also that free access to pool is for 3 people max, for the others you have to pay and only in cash! The apartment is on the 4th floor, but the lift is not working yet.

New studio, small kitchen with all needed for a short stay, AC, balcony, nice view, dedicated parking spot, supermarket next to building. Host very responsive.
