The property is very modern and located near the Mamaia district, with excellent bus connections. It is close to the beach, public transport, and shops. The apartment is perfect for two people: spacious, very well equipped, and comfortable. It features a nice balcony, a large walk-in shower, and a large smart TV.

A few minor points: * The shower drain seemed to be partially clogged, as the water drained quite slowly. A few times I was concerned that the water might overflow. This appears to be related to the building’s plumbing rather than the apartment’s maintenance, so we did not let it affect our overall impression. * The building still seems to be under construction, and the elevator occasionally announces the wrong floor. Since the apartment is on the first floor, this was not really an issue for us. * I was surprised that the host asked me to pay a cleaning fee the day before my departure, as this fee was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. However, after I expressed my concerns, the host understood my point of view and did not insist.
