Мне очень подходило место расположение, находится напротив торгового центра ViVo, но вдалеке от дороги(из-за этого тишина). Большим плюсом является наличие парковочного места. Хорошая хозяйка, дала детальные инструкции по заселению.
Маленькая и неудобная душевая кабина. Очень слабая лейка(душ) в душевой кабине. Хочется пожелать, сделать студию более уютной, возможно передвинуть кровать.

Apartamentul are nevoie de mici investitii. Mobilierul de bucatarie este de-a dreptul periculos, sistemul usilor rabatabile nu sustine usa in pozitia deschis, drept urmare iti vine direct in cap. Usa de la cabina de dus mi-a ramas in mana la prima utilizare. Furtunul de la dus trebuie inlocuit, in anumite pozitii curge mai multa ala pe la mufa furtunului decat prin para dusului. Incalzirea in pardoseala este practica, insa parchetul nu se preteaza acestui gen de incalzire. Pe la 5 dimineata incepeb sa puste datorita contractarii/dilatarii. Fiind situat la ultimul etaj (7) intensitatea vantului suiera pe la rama geamurilor. Drumul din jurul ansambului de blocuri foarte deteriorat. Proprietarul nu are posibilitatea de a emite factura fiscala
