Sydney Studio with Private Bathroom & Kitchen

Communication was brilliant as I was a little concerned on how to find the place, but Owners were great with sending Step by Step Photos and drawing a little map even and circling where things were. Active Sensor lights as I arrived in the dark, Flat walkway. If I could of worked out how to use the oil heater it would of been better but the Doona and blanket were great. Will Stay again. Having a plugged in Charging cable attached to the nightstand was very helpful, along with a power board. unexpected Surprise.

Only two things, one of which is Parking, as nowhere on the property, and street parking is heavy, but that's not the Owners fault just the way it is. 2, The missing square Drain cover in centre of bathroom floor, lost my footing a few times during the night and morning when I got up to use the bathroom. Packed it with a floor towel folded up to lay over it with then the bathroom mat over it but still noticed it was there when walking over. They just need to find a replacement one that's similar to the shower one. BUT OTHER THEN THAT ITS A GREAT LITTLE PLACE TO STAY!

The kitchen and toilet are clean and have everything you need for cooking. It is a great place to stay for a short time.

The sheets did not feel perfectly clean and water in the toilet was cold. I did not shower so I did not follow up on it It was a bit dark as I got there at night, but all fine I could open the door easily

Keys were easy to find. Room was comfortable but no TV or tea. I wish these survey forms would stop insisting on you writing more than you want to.

THis has nothing to do with the owners but parking in that street is terrible. You end up a full block away. I'm actually not writing any more just to keep this survey form happy.

The space was very clean and new, fully furnished with a hair dryer and cooking equipment. The neighbourhood is quiet, and has a lot of amenities nearby. The host was also very responsive and respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciate.

Not much, honestly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But the neighbour can be a bit noisy.
