The bed was comfortable and we liked the ability to store our bags the next day.
It was a short walk to the beach and the lively Brighton neighbourhood had lots of food options.
Public transport to/from the airport was very cheap and convenient. The proximity also meant an Uber was only $14 if you wanted to treat yourself.
One of the pillows was a little too thin and a complete absence of coat hangers would have been a problem had we been staying for more than a night.
We knew the bathroom was shared and there was a choice of two, both well equipped. However, there were a lot of personal toiletries in both, giving the impression of people using the other rooms on a long-term basis. A little unusual, but not a deal breaker..

Fantastic location wo close to the airport & to bus & train services. The kitchen dining room & the bathrooms were super clean & well stocked with everything we might need. There was even a piano in the living room.
Information arrived too late for me to see that we were allocated to room three so we took room one which had windows facing the sun in the afternoon which made the room very hot & stuffy.
