Great location, nice building, modern and new apartment, great coffee machine, bathroom is really nice, beds were comfortable, balcony is big. All in all, it has a great potential, it is in a really nice neighbourhood with a big store (Lidl), great sushi bar and a nice Italian restaurant really close to the apartment. It is very close to the transportation and to the Frankfurt Book Fair. The owner is very friendly and has provided a lot of important and useful information.
The third bed is in a living room and it was comfortable but small, so it is not for a tall person or child. The third pillow should be replaced, it was not comfortable. More sheets and towels and a kitchen cloth is needed. The table is actually a barbecue which we didn't use, but it was hard to sit around it. I would replace it with a standard one. Balcony needs a make up. Cleaning lady missed some spots. Otherwise I would give it the best possible score.
