The property is well located, close to the beach, and offers a good standard of accommodation with tasteful furnishings. There are several restaurants and beach bars within a one to five-minute walk from the apartment. Access to the nearby beach was provided through a card issued with the apartment keys, which had to be presented to the beach attendants. However, the use of a sunbed and umbrella in that area was only permitted if you purchased drinks worth at least USD 10. On a positive note, I found the staff generally responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

For the first time in my life, I encountered an additional electricity charge based on consumption, on top of an accommodation rate of nearly USD 120 per night. Be mindful of your air conditioning and hot water usage, as the cost can reach up to a monthly home electricity bill. I would also recommend bringing some cash in USD. This is not so much because of the 10% cash-payment discount mentioned in the reservation confirmation, but because payments made by card, due to an unfavorable exchange rate applied by the property increase the total amount of reservation. Housekeeping was advertised as being available every other day, but no cleaning service was provided at all for four consecutive days of my stay. While the apartment itself appeared clean and tidy, it was evident that the bedroom shelves and kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned for quite some time. During the third day of my stay, the apartment was without water for several hours, making the bathroom unusable and causing considerable inconvenience. On the last day of my stay, the internet went down in the early afternoon and was not restored till I checked out the following day.
