La Ubicación
El apartamento no es cómodo para 2 personas. Solo tiene una almohada. La cama la hacen al revés de la televisión. Se escucha absolutamente todo lo que digas o hagan los vecinos. Es súper engorrosa la comunicación. La llave se nos quedó adentro y el número que brindaron en la conversación y en la información del usuario ni siquiera funcionaban las 24h como lo dicen. Muy mala atención hacia el cliente. Uno de los números que escribimos y llamamos nunca dio con la ubicación del apartamento y no lograron solventarnos la situación. Si eres extranjero y no tienes número en España no tienes ni cómo comunicarte con ellos fuera del horario que te dan (solo aceptaban llamadas). Mucha desorganización, y Booking tampoco presta una atención al cliente rápida que te ayude a solventar en estos casos. No te especifican que es una residencia y que lleva otro nombre a la entrada. Son muchos detalles que deben de considerar al momento de querer alquilar.
