Идеальное расположение, ремонт внутри апартаментов. Сказочный вид из окон. Можно наблюдать за дельфинами, дельфинарий внизу как на ладони. Все работает, есть необходимые вещи, посуда и даже набор продуктов (чай, сахар, соль, вода) Мне лично очень понравился шкаф с подсветкой на входе и 2 зеркала в полный рост.
Немного не доделан ремонт на этаже один раз на несколько часов отключили свет и один раз в 6 утра включилась пожарная сигнализация, чуть сердечный приступ не случился. Но были и плюсы, например очень мало народу, так как не все апарты готовы, по крайней мере за 5 дней на своем этаже я не видела ни одного человека, хотя там около 30 номеров.

This is strange police to limit a toilet paper by 1 roll. It's not matching 'deluxe' characteristic.

Die Vermieter/Verwalter sind extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut organisiert. Ich habe sehr gute Restaurant-Tipps bekommen, danke nochmal dafür! Das Apartment im 13. Stock ist hochwertig und vollständig eingerichtet und ausgestattet, toll! Der Blick auf die Stadt ist fantastisch! Das Gebäude selbst ist ikonisch, meiner Meinung nach das (derzeit) schönste in Batumi! Die Lage direkt am Meer und an der Strandpromenade ist super. Absolute Empfehlung!

Diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste, in der ich bisher übernachtet habe. Ich war schon in vielen Ländern und habe dementsprechend viele Unterkünfte kennengelernt, aber diese hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Alles war einfach super – von der Unterkunft selbst bis hin zum gesamten Aufenthalt. Ich kann sie zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hierherkommen. Wenn ich wieder in Batumi bin, werde ich definitiv wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Absolute Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
