What I loved most about this stay is that I felt like I was back in the old France that I first visited when I came to France for the first time in the 1980s. The house has most of it's original charm, not modernized to death. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight. All organic food and very healthy with Marie's homemade jams and nut milk. Marie is a lovely host. It has motivated me to really study the French language, so my interaction in these situations is improved...in short, I would have liked to get to know Marie better! Super stay. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!
