The cabin was cozy and bigger than expected. The bed was very comfortable. The garden and property were lovely, and we enjoyed sitting outside.

There wasn’t a fridge for our drinks. We could see a fridge through the window in a separate room with a door. The doorknob fell off when we tried to open it, and the room looked very dusty. We messaged the host and were told to put it back on, this was impossible. It took forever for that message to send as our phone signals were very weak. There wasn’t a password for the internet, so we couldn’t get another message to the owner. Overall, the rooms were clean, but there were some dustballs and cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. We also would have appreciated an info sheet with the wifi password and information about the area.

Authentic historic cottage in an English garden setting within the forest of Roberts Creek. Quiet, clean and well-appointed with easy access to and from our vehicle. Great for pets with easy access to the outdoors. Home is well-maintained and well cared for, as evidenced by pride of ownership.

Roberts Creek is generally darker due to the surrounding forests, and this is not a criticism of the accommodations but rather a general comment of the area which I was aware of already.
