Mansarda con una vista strepitosa dalla finestra e dal ballatoio. Ristrutturata e arredata molto bene. Ben climatizzata e pulita.
Andrebbe meglio segnalato che si trova al 3o piano senza ascensore e l' ultima rampa di scale è a chiocciola molto stretta. Una valigia media rigida non passa. Il terrazzino è in condivisione con i vicini.

Posto molto comodo per il mare raggiungibile a piedi alloggio ristrutturato di recente molto pulito. Proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
