Lovely view

Great view and ok walking distance to the old town if you didn't want to take the car. Possibilities to walk down the stairs (272 steps) for a swim in the ocean. Helpful and nice owners.

Unfortunately you most certainly need a car to get food in for example grocery stores or supermarkets and to visit the restaurant and beaches on the other side of the river, which we didn't. We ended up renting one for the stay for this reason which added to the price. The apartment did not have AC (needed when over 30 degrees C), and even with the fans the owner got us, it was very warm. The kitchen doesn't contain enough utensils to cook anything but heating up an already made sauce and boiling pasta, e.g pans without functioning handels and only one kitchen knife and nothing to stir with. The small table and the two chairs on the balcony only offer room for 2 people, which is probably a good number of people to stay comfortably in the apartment. We noticed that many apartments in the block had mosquito nets attached over the windows, something that would have been great considering the amount of mosquito hoovering around in the night time if you like sleeping with an open window.

Voici les points d'amélioration: Il est très difficile de trouver les capsules pour la cafetière Nespresso. Nous avons du apporter la notre Prévoir un verrou pour la port de la salle de bain il manque des lampes de chevet dans les deux chambres. nous n'avons pas eu d'internet le premier jour (oubli du propriétaire de payer l'abonnement) Ne pas oublier de dire dans le descriptif que le logement était difficile d'accès pour les personnes ayant du mal a se déplacer même si cela ne nous concernait pas.

Casa alle Calandre:da lasciarti senza fidato.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Casa alle Calandre ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta! La casa è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e arredata con gusto. La vista mare è impagabile! Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, luminosi e davvero confortevoli. La pulizia era impeccabile: tutto ordinato e profumato al nostro arrivo, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Non mancava davvero nulla: la casa è completa di tutto il necessario (e anche di più!) per trascorrere un soggiorno senza pensieri. Ogni spazio è organizzato con attenzione e funzionalità, rendendo l’atmosfera rilassante e piacevole, proprio come sentirsi a casa. La posizione poi è fantastica, con il mare a due passi: addormentarsi con il suono delle onde e svegliarsi con quella vista è un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un posto che consigliamo assolutamente e dove torneremmo volentieri. Complimenti a Sara per la cura, la disponibilità e l’ospitalità!

Super Bude

Alles wunderbar. Die Lage und der Ausblick hält was die Bilder versprechen!!! Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung ist neuwertig renoviert.Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Insektenschutz, wenigstens in den Schlafräumen, würde die Wohnung rundum perfekt machen.

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Lage war top! Schöner Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer, die Wohnung war im Grünen gelegen, ringsherum tropische Pflanzen. Ventimiglia ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Frankreich und Italien. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Parken vor Ort möglich. Zum Einkaufen ist das 2 km entfernte Latte geeignet, zu Fuß in die Stadt ist es leider zu weit, um Lebensmitteleinkäufe zu machen. Insgesamt eher ein Geheimtipp und nicht so überlaufen.

Achtung, zum Wasser gibt es zwar eine etwas gruselige Treppe unter der Bahngleise hindurch, aber keinen Strand zum Aufhalten. Besser vorgehen zum offiziellen Abstieg, ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Die Wohnung könnte ein kleines Makeover gebrauchen, zu wenig Geschirr war auch da...so Kleinigkeiten.

DieLage wunderbar mit einer sehr schöne Balkon und Aussicht

WC muss renoviert werden. Und Matratze von Haupt Zimmer war nicht Komfortabel. Vielleicht ist zu alt.

Favoloso

Appartamento molto bello e comodo in una posizione tranquilla e con vista mare stupenda. E' perfetto tornare qui per le serate rilassante dopo aver visitato i numerosi posti interessanti che si trovano in questa bellissima parte della Liguria e Francia. Grazie mille a Gabriella per l'accoglienza ed i preziosi consigli di dove visitare e mangiare con figli adolescenti - tutti consigli top che abbiamo apprezzato tutti.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Die Aussicht und die Umgebung waren perfekt. Vor allem hat man uns auch freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Genauso war das Apartment vollkommen ausgestattet.
