Very spacious, well-equipped kitchen/lounge/diner. In fact, all rooms, including bedroom and bathroom a good size. Comfy sofas, large tv in both lounge and bedroom.
Also offers the bonus of a lovely little courtyard at the back that is sunny, quiet and very private.
The location is brilliant: 200 yards from the seafront and the same distance in the opposite direction to the main road into Brighton centre. Busses to the centre pass constantly and you can be in The Lanes in 5-10 minutes.
Plenty of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away from the flat.
The only thing to consider is parking. Parking in Brighton is nightmare generally and the flat is on a quirky narrow one-way street with nowhere to park. We were extremely lucky in that we have a small car and were able (with landlord Andy’s help) to fit both our car and his van into the tight space in front of the flat.
