Easy to check in, super friendly landlord, access to fully equipped kitchen, own en-suite - an absolutely superb place to stay….and I stay in a lot of air BnB’s. This one is one of the best yet 👍
The TV didn’t work but I should have said something so my fault. I was out a lot anyway so didn’t really need it.

Good location, close to beach, bars and restaurants. Friendly host, room had everything you need for a short stay. Price is for that location really good.

Great location in Hove, close to the beach, restaurants, and cafés. Mark was very flexible and kindly allowed me to access the room before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was also a nice bonus—even though we didn't use it much, it was convenient for making tea and coffee in the morning and having breakfast.
The room was quite small for two people. During the heatwave we needed to keep the window open, but as the room is on the ground floor facing the street, it was quite noisy at night and we didn't sleep very well. Privacy was also limited as we had to keep the shutters closed much of the time.
