I loved the self check in which allowed me to be late coming in without losing my room. I liked the size of the apartment, it had a kitchenette, new bathroom, plenty of space to work and relax. This room may have the best air conditioning in all of europe. friends came by just to bask it its glory during the heat wave.
would like option for later checkout, the internet was a little wonky with my work VPN not always being allowed. It could use some more furniture, maybe a couch/loveseat to sit on.

Super central location very well connected with the Blackfriars station 3min walk. I think the property is brand new, I felt like I was one of the very first customer here. Super rooms and super comfy!!

Great location, great room, great bathroom. Easy to access and well located for tube and overground, which was much cooler during a heatwave week.
Air con didn't work and despite contacting the team via Whatsapp on the first day to ask for it to be fixed, wasn't fixed the whole time I was there. Given the temperature was 35-37 degrees C for my stay, it meant I had to have the windows open at night which was incredibly noisy. So I didn't sleep much! I tried to emphasise that in a red heat alert, leaving someone with no air con wasn't great but it didn't seem to result in it being fixed :-(
