Azure Urban Resort Residences by Value Suites

At first the owner did not inform us that our room was different they gave us different cheaper room when we arrived at AZURE that we had no choice but to accept because we travel from bulacan just to stay in Azure, but the unti owner named MAX said a lot of excuses that our prepared and booked room was not clean and a bit far from the entrance which is so doubting, we followed their rules leaving the unit clean throwed all the garbage at the garbage room and sent a video as they ask for us to do, i ask for the e-receipt from the very first day but they did send me anything until we check out, and it indicated in their rules security deposit will be processed within 24 hours but 1 week have passed we did not receive amount that is why we decided contact them again and a lot of excuses they made up, actually the unit owner said to me during our check in that he will refund to me our P1,000 security deposit upon check out since i don’t have gcash but he did not show up, i wanted to report but we already have no enough time my husband’s departure time going back japan, and most unbelievable just today they sent the gcash only P300 because they charge us with the broken range hood button that’s already been broken from the very beginning when we arrived there at the unit, i also have a direct message to them that was AUGUST 15,2026 i said we can’t use the range hood exhaust because the button was inverted inside they reply to me saying call the maintenance but we decided no need to use it anymore since it is already broken.

The owner was very accommodating, and the unit was very clean.

for the breakfast its excellent! fresh and tasty with plenty of choices and for the location it is convenient is accessible and close to everything we need.

Thought the stay would have been put on the credit card but instead needed to pay through something called GCash and/or cash. We were notified less than an hour that our room was not available. Corresponded with the hotel staff questions right up to the time of check in even though we had already answered questions emailed a few days before.
