The location is good. It is accessible.

I didn't like that the host did not allow our toy dog to stay in the room. We were charged Php 500 for the stay of our dog in the garage. I chose to stay in Celestial Shore Staycation because you indicated that it is pet-friendly. You should have it included in the details that the pet is not allowed in the unit. I also didn't like that the unit don't have toiletries, coffee/tea and dishwashing soap. And I also didn't like that there is a smelly sleeping foam in the cabinet. There is also no free wifi and netflix.

The water park area was nice and a good time for our son.

The check in and out process was the worst I’ve experienced in all the travel I’ve done. For one, each unit is owned by different people and the front desk people at night are just security staff taking over for concierge. Two, our host did not put the correct names on the rooms despite us having a conversation over the phone on how to separate the rooms. We had 3 rooms in total and only those assigned to the rooms could check in and had to present ID. They also keep an ID or passport for each room. They listed our son in a separate room from us and he is 3, so he obviously could not check into the room himself. So, while the adult in his room was parking, we couldn’t check into that room. The security did not identify which towers our rooms were in and when they pointed us to our rooms, one of which, was in the wrong tower, but just so happened to be open, that’s where we went to stay. They don’t assign keys, but they keys are in the room so there’s no way to indicate to US whether or not we’re in the correct room or if the room just so happens to be open. Part of our party spent the night there (in the wrong room) —the sleeper couch was broken and the room hadn’t been cleaned. We came to find that it was the same room number but in the wrong tower, so we ended up having to give our security deposit up to make up for the mistake. When I asked if we could get the payment back for the room we didn’t use, the host said “I have to pay the other host for the room you used, so if I give you back the money for the room you didn’t use, then I don’t make anything.” At this point, we were exhausted from travel and I didn’t want to fight him about it. All this to say that the check in process is terrible and don’t expect anyone knows how to do anything. Verify your room numbers and towers and make sure at least one adult for each room is present during check in.
