Once inside it was mostly clean and had good or excellent facilities.
Early check in was a rip off. And sending check in final details one hour before check in that requires a MAJOR credit card deposit that wasn’t made clear at booking was dreadful. Plus guidance for entry was poor. The photo of the key box was the third door you jade to get through to find it. Tiny font with light brown font on dark brown background impossible to rest in the dark. Plis the flat upstairs had some serious fights, sometimes at 2am in the morning. It was scary.
