Central location in a quiet and clean neighborhood with easy access to all directions and close to commercial area. Plenty of free parking. Fully furnished brand new apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Elevator available. Strong wifi in every apartment. Quick response to anything that is missing or is required. True to the pictures on Booking.com. Helpful reception, owner and staff. Spacious rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. One attached bath in a 2BR suite and one common bath in a 1BR unit. We were upgraded to a 2BR for 2 nights due to non availability of 1BR on arrival. Neat and clean linen and towels. Excellent value for money.

Can be more proactive in terms of chekcing the availability and functioning of all electrical appliances such as microwave, iron etc. to avoid replacements and all basic items can be provided without asking for it. A thorough pre-occupation inspection can be introduced. Provide an additional light in the bathroom on the top of the Mirror, though it is manageable. A little more investment in the ambiance and looks of the Reception area will create good 1st impression.
