كل شي ممتاز ابتداءا من مدخل الفندق العامل استقبلنا في المدخل ساعدنا عالاغراض الاستقبال كان ريحته مشالله و استقبلونا و ضيفونا المشلي الاجراءات كانت سلسة و بسيطة و ما اخذت وقت موظفين الاستقبال قمة في الاحترافية مشالله عليهم خدومين و بشوشين و متعاونين جدا جدا نظافة الغرف يوميا و تبديل الفرش يوميا الغرفة و الاطلالة حرفيا بنورامية ع عين صلالة و عالسوق و البحر مشالله فندق مصنف 3 نجوم بس حرفياااااا بستاهل خمس نجوم شكرا كافة الطاقم جعلتو رحلتي استثنائية و لنا عودة ان شاءالله

Absolutely Fantastic Stay – Feels Like a 5-Star Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel for 6 nights, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Although the hotel is officially 3-star, it genuinely feels like a 5-star hotel in terms of comfort, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall experience. The cleanliness was exceptional. Our rooms were spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was available and did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One thing we especially loved was the beautiful, fresh smell throughout the hotel — from the lobby to the hallways and rooms. The whole hotel has a very clean, pleasant, and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything you could need during your stay. All the essential amenities and facilities were available in the rooms, which made our 6-night stay very convenient. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were well organized, and there was plenty of space for our family. We were traveling as a family, and we were especially happy that our rooms were connected. The layout almost felt like a two-bedroom apartment, which was extremely convenient and gave us both privacy and plenty of shared space. This would also be a great option for families and groups traveling together. The view was breathtaking, especially with the rooms facing the beach and the Salalah Eye. The location is also one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is located right in the heart of Salalah, close to the Salalah Eye, with shops and a mini supermarket directly downstairs. The new Haffa Souq and the festival area are also very close and can easily be reached on foot, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The manager in particular was extremely hospitable and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
