Excellent value for money. The apartment was nice and clean, fully furnished with functional furniture and cozy beds. The kitchen was fully equiped, we were able to cook without any problems. TV Package with Arena Premium included, meaning we were able to watch World Cup matches :)
The host was nice and helpful, he provided easy-to-follow instructions, even provided snacks for the children. The neighborhood is calm, there is plenty of free parking. It is bit far from the City Center, but it was not a condition for us - on the other hand, it is nearby the Vardar river and lovely riverside promenade.
We fully recommend to anyone traveling to Skopje and not necessarily wanting to be in the City Center.
The building is new, so some minor construction activities around the building are still not completed.
