Studio 206

We had the honor of being the first tenants in this beautiful 'hidden gem' in Furiani. The apartment is very spacious and has a modern industrial style interior. A real highlight is the roof top area with an air conditioned room with a separate kitchen and the pool. The pool is not too big but great fun for cooling off and having some long fun evenings after a hot day and with 3 bathrooms with showers even big families can get ready quickly after coming from the beach. The beach is pretty close by and can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is close to the heavy used main road, but the windows isolate well - still some eager motor cyclists or big lorries can be heard. For us this was no problem. A big shopping mall and a lot of shops are really close by on the main road. The real gem of this apartment were our hosts: as for a first tenant some things that needed to be taken care of were fixed immediately - when the washing machine leaked some water and we messaged them, they had an electrician show up the same day and on the next day the installed completely new appliances. When the WiFi struggled, they had a wifi box dropped off the next day and the orange technician repaired the Telefone line one day after. They came by personally and were really committed to make sure everything is perfectly in order. We are very thankful and glad to have been their guests and had a very fun time in Furiani and the area and even spent a little too much time in the apartment instead of going out, as it was so comfortable. Very recommended.
