In Lido de la Marana, south of Bastia, in a residential gated community—very quiet.
Right by the sea, 1 km from shops and services: doctor, pharmacy, dentist, physical therapist, post office, school, bakery, newspapers, supermarket....
Fully equipped, the villa features 4 bedrooms, an attic, a kitchen, a pantry, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate restrooms, a fireplace, reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TNT.
Set on 1,300 square meters of land with trees, enclosed.
Enclosed patio with a barbecue set.
Ideally located on Marana Beach, south of Bastia. The beach offers a wide range of water activities: rowboats, catamarans, windsurfing, and jet skis. Its gentle slope makes it suitable for young children to swim. Diving enthusiasts will be delighted by the clubs in Cap Corse and the old port of Bastia.
The La Marana lagoon, with its sandy Lido, is about twenty kilometers long and separates the sea from Lake Chiurlinu, known as Biguglia.
A Corsican “surf casting paradise,” Marana is no less a remarkable historical site and borders the largest lake in Corsica.
The archaeological site of Mariana:
A Roman city located 20 kilometers south of the city of Bastia, in the municipality of Lucciana. Mariana is situated between the sea and the mountains and near Bastia Poretta Airport. The city’s port allows it to control the sea lanes in the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maison parfaite et endroit parfait pour parents et ados. à 100m de la plage (plage +/- privée) Pas loin de Bastia, et Saint Florent. Endroit à recommander.

Très bon accueil. La maison est idéalement située pour aller à la plage. Pas très loin de commerces et de Bastia. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Seul petit hic, une clim dans une chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui n a pas été réparée pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Accueil très sympathique et communication aisée. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée ( hormis des problèmes de fonctionnement au niveau de la clim et du four). Très bien située, dans un lotissement paisible à quelques pas d une plage peu fréquentée. Aux alentours Bastia, St Florent et ses environs, et toute la pointe nord😉. Un petit plus très apprécié par petits et grands : une bibliothèque très bien pourvue, un vrai plaisir !

Dans vos valises, n'oubliez pas de mettre vos draps, vos serviettes et des oreillers propres. Si vous êtes frileux ajoutez-y une couette propre aussi. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation. Nous travaillons dans le tourisme et nous avons déçu lors de notre arrivée.
