The property was clean and very spacious. Amazingly close to the sea, good for sunsets and rises.

Map said it was in the centre of Dymchurch yet it was St Mary’s Bay. Sofa was far too small for a 4 bedroom property just about fit two of us on. Outside gardens were really overgrown and couldn’t get on the garden to use,however there was decking but could only get to it via the back door,as the patio doors would not open,not good if there’s a fire. Last email received told us we could vacate property at 11am,cleaning lady arrived at 10am and made us feel we had to rush,she did however leave after 20 minutes or so.

The house is opposite the beach which was what we wanted and the property is a large 4 bedroom house.

There was overflowing rubbish bins outside the front of the house and piles of bin bags and rubbish scattered across the drive. The rear garden was overgrown. The property has not been well maintained, dirty sofas and chairs and marks to walls and doors. The bathroom was missing the door to the shower. The property is shown as dymchurch, off main high street. However, the property is further down the main road in St Marys bay but only 5 minute drive. When booking, it states a £100 deposit however after booking we were asked for £200. The property has a for sale sign outside and has an overall feeling of being let go and not looked after. We could not connect to the WIFI and given wrong login information and when asked still not given correct info. Communication seems to be automated.
