eigentlich ist es ja fast ein Apartment! das Zimmer ist ein klassiches Zimmer mit Bad/Dusche; das Klo befindet sich separat im Vorzimmer; dann gibt es noch den Aufenthaltsraum/Gemeinschaftsraum mit integrierter voll ausgestatteter Küche (gute Kaffeemaschine!); auch wenn der Aufenthaltsraum/Vorzimmer/Klo als Gemeinschaftsräume deklariert sind, hatten wir das Gefühl diese wären nur für uns. // Bahnstation gleich nebenan (daher auch gute öffentliche Verbindgung nach Wiener Neustadt; auch wenn der Zug eventuell nur 1x/Stunde geht; es gibt auch einen Bus der Mo-Sa regelmässig fährt) // Nebenan gibt es einen Heurigen; wenn der offen hat, ist auch die Verpflegung sichergestellt ;-)
Das Umfeld vom Gebäude ist nocht nicht ganz fertig gestellt; aber uns hat das nicht gestört
