La Fuitina Suite View Taormina

I stayed one night at "Fuitina" in June. When I first arrived in the city, it still felt like I was in Amsterdam, it was quite chaotic and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to relax, but to my great surprise, I changed my mind. The property is actually located in a higher, less chaotic part of Taormina and with free public parking nearby. From the structure you can go down a beautiful set of stairs (540+) to arrive at the center of Taormina. I really enjoyed doing this as it is an easy non steep staircase with a beautiful view on the Taormina bay area. To return to the structure, you can either go by buss or take a taxi. The structure is very particular and in vintage style . If you are into modern facilities or rooms, you should book elsewhere. The room had a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, equipment for training in total privacy and a nice view on the Letojanni beach area and the idyllic Castelmola. I was able to use the pool shared with the other guests at the villa next to the "Fuitina" ; it was a wonderful way to relax with a fantastic view surrounded by greenery. Mauro, the host was so welcoming and helpful! I’d love to come back, but next time I’ll stay for a few more days.

Premetto che eravamo stati già a Taormina altre volte ma questa volta abbiamo fatto bingo! Abbiamo trovato questo bijou di struttura situata in una zona panoramicissima di Taormina. A piedi è molto semplice arrivare in centro tramite una scalinata a pochi passi dalla struttura. La camera è molto particolare tutto in stile vintage, arricchita da tanti oggetti e pezzi unici che la rendono insieme alla vista mare un luogo suggestivo per una vera fuga romantica e perché no, anche tra amici. Sono riuscita persino ad allenarmi grazie agli attrezzi disponibili in camera, ed è una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più dato che di solito in altri posti non sono presenti. Per non parlare del fatto che allenarsi con quella vista non ha prezzo! La struttura è all'interno di una villa che offre un bel giardino e anche una piscina all'aperto condivisa con gli altri ospiti della villa, peccato però non averla potuta utilizzare perché siamo rimasti un solo giorno, ma comunque siamo riusciti a fare qualche foto perché la vista era mozzafiato!!! A saperlo prima saremmo rimasti più giorni, ma sarà per il prossimo anno di sicuro!
