Casa Nicuzza

The property is in a quiet location, a short walk from the town centre and with secure parking for a car. It was well equipped with coffee pods and tea provided and we appreciated the wine and water left by our host! It was nice to have a couple of balconies to sit on. The bed was comfy. There were plenty of hangers and sufficient drawers for our clothes and good quality shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom. I’d also like to note the great response by our host when we had a problem with the water (just a one-off problem that happens occasionally) - when we messaged we had an instant response and the problem was fixed straight away, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment was comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space for two. It was clean, quiet and pretty well everything worked perfectly. One or two minor problems were quickly sorted out by the owner, Monica, who was welcoming and helpful. Location was good, about 5 minutes easy walk from the local Coop and the nearest part of the central area, and 10 minutes from the bus station.. In the end we didn't use the parking, but it was available and adequate. We took a one day tour (90 Euro per person) to Lipari and Vulcano in the Aeolian Islands. Very enjoyable.

There was an oven but a microwave would have been more useful The outer door when closed could not be opened from outside without the key, so it was easy to get locked out (which we actually did at the end of the stay, fortunately after all our luggage was out). But overall these were minor niggles.

Gazda foarte amabila, faptul ca aveam 2 balcoane, curatenie, tot ce vroiam in bucatarie cafea,ceai, sare,zahar, ulei masline, o sticla de de vin alb in frigider, vesela. Zona linistita si aproape de centru. Apartament mic si cochet

אין מזגן בחדרי השינה היה לנו חם בלילה. מקלחות לא נוחות, לא קיבלנו תחלופת מגבות ואין מכונת כביסה, המטבח חסר דברים בסיסיים כמו סכין חד לחיתוך סלט , קולפן, לא ניתן היה להפעיל את התנור החשמל קפץ, ביקשנו שמיכה נוספת וקיבלנו שמיכה עם מלא שערות של חתולים. לא היה שלט לטלויזיה ולכן לא יכולנו לצפות במשחק הכדורגל, פנינו לאשת הקשר והיא לא ידעה לעזור לנו בסוף ביקשו תשלום נוסף שלא הופיע בחוזה לא שילמנו.
