Netoli jūra ir dviračių takas, kieme šildomas baseinas. Bute yra karštas vanduo, dušas, švari patalynė,rankšluosčiai.
Butui reikalingas remontas, baldų plokštės atsilupę ir išsipūtę, matėsi pelėsių židiniai, juntamas keistas kvapas, yra skruzdžių.Trūko vietos susidėti daiktams ir maisto produktams. Valgyt galima tik lauke, kambary esantis stalas žemas. Naktimis kambaryje girdimas vėsinimo įrangos užimo garsas, nors kambary nėra kondicionieriaus. Interneto Wi-fi praktiškai nebuvo. Vykstantys kelio tvarkymo darbai tikrai trukdė poilsiui ypač ryte, be to reikėjo važiuoti aplinkui.
