Vieta puiki, gatvelė iki pušyno. Netoli jūra, puiki kurortinė Aibė parduotuvė. Butas šviesus, saulėtas, labai švaru, tvarkinga, nauji baldai. Saugus kvartalas, ramus, butas ne į gatvę. Aiškus raktų pasiėmimas ir atvykimo išsami instrukcija. Parkingas su numeruota vieta. Šildymas kondicionieriumi.
Nėra mikrobangų krosnelės. Vonia be šildymo, tikrai šalta.

Trūksta labai virtuvėje druskos, aliejaus, visiškai nieko nėra apart įrankių ir indų. Taip pat trūksta virtuvės popierinių rankšluosčių ir mažai tualetinio. Labai trūksta vonioje gyvatuko.
