We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would happily recommend this accommodation. Positives: The apartment was exceptionally clean throughout. Large, comfortable bedroom with good air-conditioning. Beautifully designed, modern bathroom that was spotless. Excellent shower with both a large rainfall shower head and a separate handheld shower. Clean towels were provided and changed midweek. Bed linen was also changed midweek, which was a nice touch. Well-equipped with bowls, plates, cups, cutlery and cooking facilities. The apartment block was extremely quiet. We never heard noise from other guests or residents, making it very peaceful. Excellent location – approximately a 3-minute walk to the Lake and around an 8-minute walk to the main town centre. It was close enough to enjoy everything, while being far enough away to avoid late-night noise. A supermarket is located approximately 1 km away. Around a 10-minute drive to Gardaland and approximately 25 minutes to Movieland. The host contacted us on the day of arrival, provided a contact number, and asked us to call around 30 minutes before arriving. They met us at the property, showed us around the apartment and explained everything clearly. Midweek, the host contacted us in advance to ask permission before entering the apartment to replace the towels and bed linen, which was very considerate and respectful. Suggestions for improvement: A toaster would be a useful addition to the kitchen.

The property requires four keys in total to access the apartment: one for the security gate into the complex, two for the main apartment building entrance, and one for the apartment itself. Only a single set of keys is provided. This makes it very difficult if there are two adults staying together. It isn't possible for one person to go out while the other stays behind without causing problems. Either the person inside is effectively trapped because they can't get out through the security gate without the keys, or the person who leaves can't get back into the property without the other coming to let them in. We had a rental car, so every time I parked it, I first had to escort the others into the apartment, then return to park the car, and finally walk back to the apartment to be let in again. It became quite inconvenient. From a safety perspective, it's also worth considering that someone left inside without the keys could only get as far as the courtyard and would not be able to exit through the security gate in an emergency. I would recommend providing a second set of keys whenever there are two or more adult guests staying. It would make the stay much more practical and give guests greater independence while maintaining the excellent security of the property. Please add a dust pan and sweeping brush also so guests can clean up if needed
