Great location and good amount of space. We had an amazing time at the beach with our dog. It was very quiet considering so many people were there and we had neighbors.
The fireplace is not operational (it says no firewood allowed). The apartment floors were dirty - we found rubber bands and crumbs like it wasn’t vacuumed. Very limited supplies in the kitchen and dishwasher in desperate need of replacement. We didn’t realize that this was a smoking room - it smelled like it - we kept the windows open. This room does the job if you have kids or a dog. The furnishings and bedding, curtains and shower curtain really need updating
