Seaside Ntounas Apartments - Ammoudara Triple Gem

The property offers an amazing view and a wonderful location right next to the water.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was only minimally equipped, and we had to borrow a glass from the neighbouring room. The photos on the listing also seemed somewhat outdated compared with the current condition of the property. We noticed some cleanliness and maintenance issues, including a dead fly under the mattress, stains on the walls, and no soap or cleaning liquid in the kitchen. There was also a power outage during the night. Overall, the property would benefit from some renovation, better upkeep, and closer attention to cleanliness.
