Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα (αριθ. 3), πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, εξαιρετική περιποίηση από τον οικοδεσπότη (κερασμένες φιάλες ρακής, λευκού και ροζέ κρασιού, λάδι και μπαχαρικά για προετοιμασία φαγητού, καφές και τσάι, σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο κλπ), πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για πρόσβαση τόσο στις βόρειες όσο και στις νότιες παραλίες (Ιεράπετρα), επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και άμεση ανταπόκριση οικοδεσπότη. Εξαιρετική η αυλή και ο μικρός κήπος. Πολύ βολική η θέση πάρκινγκ ακριβώς στην είσοδο.
Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι η καθαριότητα, χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι θα το χαρακτήριζα βρώμικο. Απλά θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό.

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The apartment is just as pictured: beautifully decorated, spacious, with an outdoor shower, sunchairs, plenty of outside space, and sparkling clean. Getting here was very smooth: you can get a direct KTEL bus from the Iraklio airport which stops literally in front of the apartment. The bed was super comfortable. Istro is a very peaceful place, far from the loud tourists. Enjoy the empty beaches and night skies. Totally recommend.
For me, all was perfect. The only thing that some people might found bothersome is that there is a pizza place right downstairs. I never had issues with noise or disturbance.

Alloggio nuovissimo dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario. Posizione ideale: spiagge raggiungibili a piedi. Posto macchina riservato e gratuito. Grazioso cortile privato attrezzato con tavolo e sdraio all’ ombra di un albero di melograno e uno di limoni. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante. Letto super comodo. Cambio biancheria su richiesta. Zanzariera. Host gentile e sempre disponibile online, all’ arrivo ci ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di bottiglie di acqua, vino e raki.

La prima sera ci siamo fatti tutti la doccia fredda perché’ l’acqua calda non funzionava
La zona purtroppo è rumorosa. Non si possono lasciare aperte le finestre la notte. Ma anche l’impianto di aria condizionata aveva delle problematiche perche’ la ventola faceva troppo rumore, era un rumore anomalo ..
