What a great find this place was! Hidden on the hills just a few minutes from the highway, with a view over the sea from the common areas. The owners are really nice and helpful. If you don't speak Italian you may need to be a bit patient, but they do speak English. The place has been thoroughly renovated and it has just recently opened its doors to the public, so everything is new (except for the windows, but it is so quiet you don't need double glass). Breakfast was delicious and abundant, they even gave us croissants and fruit for the road. It is served outside on the balcony, in the shade, so you can enjoy the view. For us it was just a stopover on the way to Puglia, but we could easily have spent a few days here relaxing and exploring the surroundings (by car or by bike, I don't think there's hiking trails nearby). The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower with multiple heads to choose from and a huge rain shower. You may need to ask how it works, so advanced it is! The parking is on private property and there's enough spaces, so no problem finding a spot. They close the gate at night so it's also very safe. There is a charging station, which guests can use for a flat fee. You can reach all sorts of restaurants with a very short drive, we had a superb pizza at a pub the owners recommended. At this price point it's really a bargain, but I'm afraid the price will go way up once everybody discovers this place.

Accessibility is the only negative point, because to reach the rooms you need to go up a spiral staircase. So if you're not comfortable with that or if you have big heavy bags, you need to keep this in mind. For us it was not a problem.
