Very nice reception area
Breakfast was extremely disappointing - prepacked biscuits, long life cakes etc. Poorest quality that we have had in Italy in over 20 years of travel. I did not know that the East Coast railway line carried so much traffic during the night and it certainly disturbed my sleep on many occasions They appear to employ only one person!
