Very good location, easy access to the train station, bus, stores and beach. easy access from the Pescara airport. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is very big, spacious and nice. The kitchen very big and quite well equipped. The apartment balcony is nice and big. The beach is 5 min walking distance and it is very nice, kids friendly, and also with private and public beach areas. Nice restaurants and shop in the area, everything is 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Air condition is only upstairs, downstairs there is no air conditioning and this is an inconvenient since the railway is very close so you can't sleep with the windows open.
