Beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator. Completely renovated with new furniture and air conditioning.
The apartment is with: Independent kitchen, Room with 2 double sofa beds, Double bedroom, Bedroom with bunk bed, Bathroom and 2 Balconies
It is located directly on the promenade of Francavilla, a blue flag (a title that is attributed to the seaside resorts with the cleanest sea). The beach is of fine golden sand. Served very well by all the services: bus stop under the house, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, lounge bars, discos nearby, railway station at 3 Km. Luna Park for children at 100 Mt in the summer period. Ideal geographical context for a relaxing holiday by the sea. All the beaches are organized in elegant and well-equipped bathing establishments with restaurants specializing in fish cooking, umbrellas, sunbeds, and everything concerning the comforts on the beach. Marina with all the comforts at 4 km, possibility of hiring pleasure boats. Communal swimming pool equipped with a fitness room on the parallel street. A few kilometers from the beautiful mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines, reachable in 30 minutes, which include the Majella and the Gran Sasso with peaks up to almost 3000 meters and enchanting landscapes. Numerous medieval and historical towns throughout the surrounding area.

Wir hatten zwar die "Sunny" gebucht, jedoch war auch die Wohnung daneben frei - "Silber", die uns noch besser gefiel - also sind wir da eingezogen. Perfekt für uns. Die 9 Tage die wir dort waren, waren sehr schön, die Wohnung top sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns netterweise den Strand - etwa 100 Meter entfernt- gezeigt und uns geholfen gleich einen Strandplatz mit 2 Liegen zu mieten, inbegriffen war auch ein bewachter Parkplatz fürs Auto unweit vom Haus. Der Sandstrand war wunderbar fein und das Meer war wunderbar warm und alles ruhig. Wir waren ab dem 05.09. ganz alleine am Strand da die Ferien zu Ende waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit, ein kl. Supermarkt 2 Strassen weiter. Wir sind in den grossen Einkaufsmarkt Auchand gefahren der auch nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt war. Dank der vorhandenen Waschmaschine brauchten wir nicht zuviel an Anziehsachen mitzunehmen. Es gibt viel zu sehen und das grosse Outletstore ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert, da kamen viele Tüten zusammen.
Alles in allem war dies ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub mit der passenden Wohnung dazu. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat immer ausgeholfen wenn Fragen waren. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnungen auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder!
Da es keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern und Türen gibt, bitte Mückenspray und Salbe bitte mitnehmen. Wir wünschen allen einen schönen Urlaub in Francavilla al Mare

We stayed in Giuseppe's Ivory Apartment in Francavilla al Mare and had a terrific time. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, spacious, and very clean. We were able to do our own laundry and Giuseppe helped us rent a car. He was also very helpful in recommending day trips, restaurants and being a gracious host in general. We would love to stay here again if our travels bring us to the area in the future.

The apartment is close to the beach, just cross to the street . Nice and tidy, exactly as seen by the photos. Very clean , spacious with a big kitchen! Very good solution for our family holiday in Francavilla Al Mare. We had a pleasant and relaxing staying, the owners were very helpful and friendly.We will surely come back next year to stay here for sure! We are thankful for a wonderful holiday!
