Wonderful place to stay! The apartment is newly renovated, very tasteful, and looks exactly like the photos. Even though it is compact, every detail is well thought out, and it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. A huge plus is the excellent location – everything you need is close by, including grocery stores, a shopping mall, and a beautiful promenade for walks. Additionally, the wonderful Dona Bakeshop bakery is just a 12-minute walk away and is highly recommended. Special thanks to the hosts for the professional and pleasant communication throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to others!

Great location next to metro city mall and grand mall and few steps from the beach, plus the apartment was clean and newly renovated. Mzevinar, the host, was very polite and helpful. Ms Irina,the housekeeper, made sure my stay was comfortable and helped whenever I needed something. The apartment itself has everything needed.

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to the beach and the New Boulevard, while also being near the airport and not far from the city center. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and right across the street you can find Metro City, a shopping mall. Communication with the host was easy and very pleasant. She replied quickly through the app, explained all the important details clearly, and was always very helpful. A big plus for families: there is a huge playground nearby on the boulevard. Our son absolutely loved it and wanted to go there every day. If you are visiting Batumi with children, this is really a perfect place to stay. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Everything felt newly renovated and high quality. We especially appreciated the separated sleeping area, as well as the feeling of security thanks to the smart lock and solid entrance door. Even small details like the bedding, towels, and disposable slippers gave the apartment an almost hotel-like atmosphere. You can really tell that the owner pays attention to details and has a great eye for creating a warm and comfortable space. We also liked that many local people live in the building. It made the experience feel more authentic and gave us the feeling of actually living in Batumi rather than staying in a typical tourist hotel. Overall, this is a wonderful apartment with excellent value for money. We felt very comfortable there and would gladly come back again.

This is a residential apartment building rather than a hotel, which gives the stay a more authentic and local atmosphere. As a result, there are no typical hotel features such as a lobby or large common areas. However, considering the excellent location and the high quality of the apartment itself, this was absolutely not an issue for us.
